    For residential lending we offer a Closing Cost and Service Guarantee. We promise that the closing costs quoted on the final Good Faith Estimate will be within the change limits as set by the Real Estate Settlement and Procedures Act.  Should the costs be higher than the acceptable change tolerances, Mortgage Solutions of Central Florida, Inc. will pay the additional expense!  Excellent service and communication with our borrowers and referral partners remains our highest priority.
