    For residential lending we offer a Closing Cost Guarantee. We promise that the closing costs quoted on the final Good Faith Estimate will be within 5% of the actual costs incurred at closing for conventional mortgages and within 10% for FHA/VA guaranteed mortgages. Should the costs be higher, Mortgage Solutions of Central Florida, Inc. will pay the additional expense.
